Pay: $25.00 per hour
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Schedule: DuPont 12-Hour Rotating Schedule
Position Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Temp-to-Hire

Kelly Services is seeking motivated, hands-on Production Technicians to support an advanced manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing industrial operation focused on critical materials used in modern technologies.
We are looking for individuals with strong machine operating experience who are comfortable working in industrial, physically demanding, and sometimes dirty environments.


What is the DuPont Schedule?
This position follows a 12-hour rotating DuPont schedule, designed for 24/7 operations:

  • Week 1: 4 days on / 3 days off

  • Week 2: 3 days on / 4 days off

  • Rotating between day and night shifts

  • Built-in extended time off, including 7 consecutive days off each month

This schedule provides full-time hours with significant days off built into the rotation.


Position Overview
The Production Technician will support metal and alloy production processes in a high-temperature industrial setting. Equipment includes molten metal processing systems, vacuum casting equipment, and material handling machinery.
This role is ideal for candidates with:

  • Machine operating experience

  • Construction or heavy industrial backgrounds

  • Experience working in hot, dirty, or physically demanding environments

  • Experience in 24/7 manufacturing operations

Essential Duties

  • Perform daily equipment and area inspections

  • Prepare materials and set up equipment per work instructions

  • Operate molten metal and casting equipment

  • Safely operate mobile and material handling equipment

  • Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain quality standards

  • Document and report production data

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Manufacturing experience preferred (foundry, casting, hot metal, or similar)

  • Machine operating experience required

  • Construction or heavy labor experience a plus

  • Comfortable working in industrial environments (heat, dust, physical labor)

  • Basic computer skills (data entry, ERP systems, Excel)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
