Are you detail-oriented, hardworking, and eager to be a vital part of creating quality products? We’re seeking motivated individuals for our Production Assembly team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and assembling a variety of product parts, ensuring every item meets our high standards.
What you’ll do:
- Assemble and re-assemble components: Carefully fit clips into hangers, insert hooks, and seat parts into jawbreaker components, following precise specifications.
- Pick and pack parts: Select and organize materials required for assembly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
- Quality assurance: Inspect and test assembled items to maintain our commitment to delivering top-notch products.
- Collaborate: Work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new.
- Maintain organization: Keep your workspace tidy, manage inventory levels, and help ensure production runs smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
- Eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and read assembly diagrams or manuals.
- Dexterity and good hand-eye coordination for precise parts handling.
- Positive attitude and reliability—your contributions matter!
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus, but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
