Plant/Maintenance Engineering Technician
2nd Shift – 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm Monday -Friday
Temp – To- Hire
General Responsibilities
- Maintain all equipment within the facility.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance (as applicable).
- Adhere to company policies, safety/ergonomic standards, and housekeeping practices.
- Implement health and safety policies in daily activities.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
Essential Job Duties
- Diagnose and repair simple electrical and electronic circuits.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and mechanical and elcetrical systems (simple & complex).
- Conform to all safety standards.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Special Circumstances
- Must be able to work overtime based on business needs.
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills & Abilities
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Good verbal communication and organization skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented attitude; positive work record in attendance, safety, and housekeeping.
- Working knowledge of quality systems and production planning.
- Effective mathematical and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
