Customer Service Call Center Representative
Job Summary:

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Green Bay, WI
- Pay Rate: $20/Hour
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Document each customer interaction accurately in company systems
- Provide information about products, services, or policies
- Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experiences
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
