Avionics Technician
A&P REQUIRED
Temp-To-Hire Position
Onsite
Croydon, PA
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, test, remove, repair, replace avionics and instrument wiring and systems.
• Utilize technical knowledge to repair aircraft discrepancies efficiently.
• Analyze test and/or performance data to assess equipment operation.
• Order necessary parts to complete the job.
• Test electrical equipment and/or systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Enter description of work performed on work orders.
• May accompany flight crew to perform in-flight evaluation, troubleshooting and adjustments of
avionics and instrument systems.
• Maintain avionics test equipment and work area as required.
Required Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 3-5 years Avionics Technician experience in civilian aviation
• Airbus, Bell, Leonardo and Sikorsky civilian helicopter experience preferred
A plus if you have AW139s experience
