Associate Manufacturing Operator
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (On-site)
Pay Rate: $18.08/hour
The Opportunity
We are seeking a dependable Associate Manufacturing Operator to support daily production operations. This role focuses on assembling products to specification while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble products according to work instructions, drawings, or specifications

Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure standards are met

Maintain consistent production output while meeting safety and quality expectations

Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and correctly

Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or process concerns to supervisors

Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Who You Are
-
0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
-
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions

Clear communication skills and ability to work well within a team
-
Comfortable using basic production tools, equipment, or systems
Preferred (Nice to Have)

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
