Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Location: Green Bay, WI
- Pay Rate: $22/Hour
- Shift: Saturday – Sunday, 11am to 7pm
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, providing helpful solutions and escalating when necessary
- Record customer interactions and maintain detailed account information
- Promote company products and services when appropriate, identifying opportunities for up-selling
- Achieve key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Prior experience in customer service or call centers is a plus
