· Driving: Yes, you will need to drive personal car MVR is needed client will pay mileage. If employee is hired directly to client they would continue to do the same job.
What a typical day as an Mail delivery associate might look like:
l Support daily operations for all contracted services at customer accounts within a geographical area.
l Our sites deliver mail, do print jobs putting them together, answering the phones changing toner in the machines placing service calls for the machines.
l Strong customer service skills, someone who can deal with change, fast learner, deals well under pressure will be successful.
l There is walking to deliver toner and mail lifting 50 lbs.
l Be able to use Microsoft, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint.
l There is free parking if they have to pay would reimburse.
l Assist management with process improvement and ensure compliance with operational best practices.
l Collaborate with Field Implementation Managers to onboard new customer accounts and service expansions.
l Conduct daily visual inspections of site services to ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
l Engage with customers to collect feedback and ensure a customer-focused environment.
l Travel to various accounts to provide support and maintain service delivery.
l Train and cross-train team members to enhance operational efficiency.
l Maintain accurate records and submit monthly expenses timely.
l Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
l High school diploma required; post-high school education preferred.
l Minimum of 12 months of related work experience.
l Valid, violation-free driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
l Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
l Strong oral communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
l Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
l Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
l Flexibility to travel between locations and adapt to changing schedules.
