Job Title: Partnerships & Events Lead – Global Talent Acquisition
Pay Rate: $45-50/hr
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Partnerships & Events Lead to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This role is focused on building coalitions, leading strategic programs, and proactively managing complex vendor ecosystems for the Corporate Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will drive strategic diversity and talent acquisition initiatives through influential leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership & Change Management: Lead cross-functional talent acquisition projects, manage program budgets and risks, drive organizational change, and align initiatives with strategic diversity and inclusion objectives.
- Vendor Accountability Framework: Identify, measure, manage, and hold accountable external sourcing vendors. Oversee SLAs, KPIs, QBRs, dashboards, and issue resolution; build relationships with key suppliers and act as the main point of contact for both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain Ecosystem Health: Analyze talent gaps, identify and implement sourcing partnerships, train regional and country recruiting teams on partnerships, and monitor ongoing ecosystem effectiveness in support of the Global Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Track program and partnership metrics, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve partnership utilization, engagement, effectiveness, and ROI.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Create and maintain partnerships with business, HR, and talent acquisition leaders. Develop and manage a Talent Champion network, advocate for partnerships, communicate progress and goals, and cultivate collaboration and mentorship across teams.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree required, or relevant equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.
- Demonstrated strategic supplier relationship management, including managing a comprehensive portfolio of diversity sourcing suppliers.
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence without authority, and build coalitions.
- Prior experience with direct and indirect leadership in ambiguous, relationship-based environments highly preferred.
