Are you an organized, results-driven professional with a passion for customer service and project coordination? Step into a pivotal role at our headquarters, working alongside Project Managers to ensure the seamless execution of confidential customer projects. We’re seeking a proactive specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams.
What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Project Manager in scheduling, resource allocation, and project updates using cutting-edge systems: Salesforce (SFDC), Kantata PMO, SAP 4.7, Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.

  • Serve as a key communication bridge, contacting customers to obtain access information and coordinating site schedules with internal teams.

  • Provide weekly project status updates for both internal and external stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned.

  • Ensure smooth documentation management by updating Teams/SharePoint trackers and uploading closeout documents.

  • Prepare and submit invoicing using SAP.

  • Foster effective processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years’ customer service experience (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Passion for working cross-functionally and building efficient processes.

  • Results-oriented mindset: eager to deliver on commitments and meet deadlines.

  • Unwavering integrity, honesty, and clarity in all interactions.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills; keen ability to prioritize and multitask.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + prior experience with process improvement/lean methodology.
