Job Summary:

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Location: Appleton, WI
- Pay Rate: $20+/Hour
- Shift: Part-time Monday-Friday
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to procure goods and services
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast demand and plan inventory
- Resolve issues related to supplier performance and quality discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Proficient with procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
