Job Title: Quality Inspector – PCB / Circuit Board (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Snoqualmie, WA
Pay Rate: $30–$35 per hour (DOE)
Type: Temp-to-Hire / Full-Time
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector specializing in Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and electronic assembly for a growing electronics manufacturer in Snoqualmie. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity with the possibility of long-term employment and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect PCB assemblies and components for defects, workmanship, and quality standards
- Utilize microscopes, magnifiers, and electronic test equipment to ensure product integrity
- Review assembly documentation, control plans, and quality standards
- Record and report inspection results; flag non-conformances
- Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues
- Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
- 2+ years experience inspecting PCBs or related electronics
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610/IPC-J-STD-001 standards highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
