Production Technician I (Fulfillment Associate)
Location: Minden, NV
Type: Direct Hire
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm
Pay: $19.00/hour

A leading company in digital signage solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join the logistics and operations team in their Minden, Nevada warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing, industry-leading environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
  

• Ensure work is performed safely and according to warehouse policies
  

• Learn and utilize warehouse systems (NetSuite, Ship Junction, FedEx, and UPS shipping management)
  

• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  

• Assist with value-add activities such as installing WiFi and basic product configuration
  

• Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  

• Perform other tasks as required

 
Requirements:

• Entry-level, no prior experience required
  

• High school diploma or GED
  

• Must frequently lift up to 15 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
  

• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach overhead, push, pull, lift, and stand for extended periods
  

• Team-oriented, with strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
