Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19.00–$19.50/hr (increases to $20.00/hr upon conversion)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 am – 2:30 pm


Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist to join our onsite team in Mukilteo, WA. This role works closely with the Production team to process customer sales orders while supporting general office and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, process, and track customer sales orders in multiple internal systems

Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Customer Service teams to resolve order issues

Update and maintain customer kit files and verify required documentation

Release or void backorders as needed and support inventory tracking

Communicate with online customers to clarify orders and provide updates

Scan, file, and maintain daily sales order and administrative records

Assist with general office tasks including mail processing, invoices, and reporting

Generate daily metrics and reports to support operations

Support Production team with light administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, order processing, administrative support, or customer service

Proficiency in computers and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining accuracy

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Experience in warehouse, production, or order processing environments

General Skills & Competencies

Maintains professionalism and confidentiality

Meets productivity standards and deadlines

Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness

Continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

Education & Qualifications

General education, vocational training, or equivalent work experience acceptable

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred
