Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Specialist to join our fast-paced production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with power tools, strong mechanical aptitude, and a background in warehouse or manufacturing settings. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform efficient assembly duties according to company standards and procedures

  • Operate hand tools and power tools, including pneumatic and hydraulic equipment

  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company protocols

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency with pneumatic tools and other assembly equipment

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

  • Mechanical understanding of equipment such as solvent bonding, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

  • Capable of effectively using hand tools including drills, rivet guns, staplers, and nut runners

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Preferred Skills

  • Additional knowledge in assembly processes

  • Familiarity with a wide range of hand tools used in production
