Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Specialist to join our fast-paced production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with power tools, strong mechanical aptitude, and a background in warehouse or manufacturing settings. Key Responsibilities
- Perform efficient assembly duties according to company standards and procedures
- Operate hand tools and power tools, including pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company protocols
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency with pneumatic tools and other assembly equipment
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Mechanical understanding of equipment such as solvent bonding, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Capable of effectively using hand tools including drills, rivet guns, staplers, and nut runners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Preferred Skills
- Additional knowledge in assembly processes
- Familiarity with a wide range of hand tools used in production
