Quality Inspector
Pay: 18.50/hr (Days), 20.50/hr (Nights)

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.50-$20.50/hr
Hours:

A shift: 6:45am – 7:00pm, Sun, Mon, Tues, alt Weds
B shift: 6:45am – 7:00pm, Thurs, Fri, Sat, and alt Weds
C shift: 6:45pm – 7:00am, Sun, Mon, Tues, alt Sat nights
D shift: 6:45pm – 7:00am, Weds, Thurs, Fri, and alt Sat nights

What’s a typical day as Quality Control Tech? You’ll be:

Performing a variety of inspection duties at required intervals using gauges and a microscope to inspect parts for dimensions, color, and appearance.
Conducting periodic scanning of molded components to detect various defects both on the production floor and off.
Completing required documentation and identifying and isolating nonconforming production.
Supporting housekeeping efforts to ensure work areas are clean and well-maintained.
Assembling boxes, distributing them, and moving boxes using a handtruck.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field in medical manufacturing (highly preferred/required).
Are detail-oriented and capable of identifying defects and maintaining documentation.
Are able to work effectively both on the production floor and in other areas of inspection.

Assembly Worker

Pay: 18.50/hr – 20.50/hr
Shift Information:
1st Shift: 8:20am-4:30pm (M-F)
2nd Shift: 4:20pm-12:30am (M-F)
3rd Shift: 12:20am-8:30am (M-F)

Job Details:
Following quality system and all applicable SOPs
Producing components, subassemblies, or final assemblies with minimal supervision
Performing in-line checks and utilizing hand tools such as calipers and rulers
Conducting in-line product testing on subassembly and finished products
Identifying and communicating defects to supervisor or engineer
Operating a variety of equipment and small power tools
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have experience in a similar role within the medical device manufacturing industry
High speed assembly and power tools experience
1+ years of assembler experience required, medical/GMP heavily preferred

Maintenance Technician
Pay: 25-31.50/hr
1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Job Elements & Position Responsibilities
Executes work orders in a timely fashion
Troubleshoots and repairs facility and production equipment with primary focus on injection molding equipment
Communicates effectively concerning facility and equipment
Participates in and supports team related maintenance activities
Accesses computer records relating to preventative maintenance utilizing PC’s and related software
Performs housekeeping duties within their work area which includes production and other facility/maintenance areas
Identify and drive areas of continuous improvement
Complies with all facility safety requirements
Works holidays, overtime and call-ins as needed

Experience:
Four years as a maintenance, journeyman mechanic or similar position
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Must be able to climb ladders to access work areas
Must have knowledge of at least 4 of the following areas: refrigeration, pneumatics, mechanical systems, injection molding (for molding facilities), HVAC systems, hydraulics, electrical and electronics
Must have working knowledge of electrical systems including single and 3 phase up to 480 volt
Must be able to read hydraulic, electrical and facility blueprints
Must provide own tools and toolbox
Must be able to run all general shop equipment related to the job
 
CNC Machinist
2nd Shift: 4:20pm-12:30am (M-F)
Pay: 25-32/hr
Key Responsibilities
Operate single and multiple CNC turning lathes.
Make offset adjustments and utilize tool usage.
Set up and operate CNC machines for complex parts.
Download programs and install tools.
Work comfortably with G & M codes.
Handle short runs with multiple setups and train others to deburr parts manually.
Grinding as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints and perform measurements using calipers.
Complete quality checks and use CMM for part tolerance specifications.
Meet productivity goals and complete Near Hits documentation.
Perform preventive and basic equipment maintenance.
Record accurate data, including order completions and daily hours.
Skills & Abilities
Education: High School diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: 2+ years in CNC setup and operation
Other Requirements:
Blueprint reading.
Using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, go/no-go gauges, CMM).
Working independently with limited supervision.
Understanding “G” & “M” code programming.
Passing a background check and drug screen.

Material Handler and Shipping Clerk

1st shift: 7:20am-3:30pm (M-F)
2nd Shift: 3:20pm-12:30am (M-F)
3rd Shift: C shift 6:45p – 7:00a, Sun, Mon, Tues, alt Sat

Job Details:

Operating sitdown and standup forklifts in the warehouse to move products and shipments between departments. 

Will also be tasked with material handling, inventory, loading, unloading, picking, and packing.

Shipping Clerk need 2+ years of shipping, FedEX, UPS, and WMS experience

Skills and Qualifications: 

Previous experience with all or most of the following equipment: reach-truck, pallet rider, cherry picker, standard sit-down. 

An actual test on a Stand up reach truck will be conducted onsite to check your level of experience 

Physical Requirements: 

Standing and moving around the work area for the entire shift. 

Lifting up to 35 lbs unassisted and up to 65+ lbs with a team lift.
