We’re seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support a Vice President in Savannah, GA 31408. This is a fast-paced role for a seasoned EA who thrives in calendar management, executive support, presentation development, and event planning.
If you bring 6+ years of VP/SVP-level support experience, are highly proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Concur, and excel at multitasking in dynamic environments, we’d love to connect.

Location: Savannah, GA 31408
Schedule: Mon–Fri (4 days: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM; 1 day: 4 hours) | Weekends as needed
Pay Rate: $34.33/hr
Essential Job Functions

Serve as the primary administrative partner to a Vice President, managing all calendar activities and priorities.

Prepare high-quality presentations, correspondence, reports, and meeting materials.

Coordinate complex meetings, travel, and executive events (business and social).

Handle confidential information related to budget, compensation, performance, and operations.

Act as liaison with senior leaders, executives, and business unit managers.
Must-Haves
-
6+ years high-level Executive Assistant experience supporting VP/SVP/C-suite.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Strong experience with calendar management, event planning, travel coordination, and presentation development.

Experience using Concur and full Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in fast-changing environments.

High discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information.
