Systems Engineer – Medical Devices | Shape the Future of Healthcare Innovation

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the recognized technical expert in systems engineering for advanced medical devices
- Inspire and guide your team—integrate cutting-edge technology, drive patent strategy, and help define our technology roadmap
- Lead problem-solving, remove project obstacles, and foster open communication among globally diverse teams
- Build consistent processes for measurable execution and cross-functional collaboration
- Balance both long- and short-term needs while aligning engineering vision with business strategy
- Mentor engineers, drive R&D improvements, and lead associate training and education initiatives
- Translate stakeholder and regulatory requirements into actionable plans
- Oversee all aspects of systems engineering—from early design, analysis, and risk management to testing, verification, and validation
- Champion best practices, LEAN methodologies, and continuous improvement across projects—driving high performance, quality, and efficiency
- Ensure regulatory compliance and drive system integration of next-generation devices
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years in medical device systems engineering in R&D
- Extensive background supporting New Product Development (NPD) and Life Cycle Management (LCM)
- Proven record of leading multidisciplinary teams, delivering in regulatory environments, and driving project execution
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience with LEAN, FDA-regulated product development, and familiarity with FEA/simulation tools (preferred)
- Exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 5%, including internationally
