Kelly® is partnering with Motorola to find skilled VS4 Builders for long-term opportunities in assembling advanced CCSI equipment. If you thrive on hands-on, detailed work and team collaboration, this role can take your career to new heights in telecommunications innovation!
Shift & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 6am–2:15pm ($19.00/hr)
- 2nd Shift: 2:45pm–11pm ($20.50/hr)
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble radio towers and heavy telecommunication equipment (35 lbs; 65 lbs team lift required)
- Build and wire racks and assemble frames using step-by-step computer instructions
- Read and follow written instructions from start to finish
- Work with intricate systems and components with a focus on detail and problem-solving
Work Environment:
- Work independently or in small teams to assemble CCSI equipment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in electronic assembly or electronic manufacturing is required. Otherwise, you will not be considered for this position.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable reading and following detailed written instructions
