Kelly is hosting an onsite Job Fair to fill various manufacturing positions at Cummins in Forest City, NC! Make plans to attend and bring a friend!

Pay & Shift Information
1st shift:
- Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
- Monday – Friday, 6:30AM – 3:00PM
- Must be able to work overtime on Saturdays as needed
- Must be able to work overtime on Saturdays as needed
2nd shift:
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Monday – Friday, 1:00PM – 9:30PM
- Must be able work overtime on Saturdays as needed
- Will train on 1st shift for one week
- Must be able work overtime on Saturdays as needed
3rd shift:
- Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
- Sunday – Thursday, 9:30PM – 6:00AM
- Must be able to work overtime on Fridays as needed
- Will train on 1st shift for one week
- Must be able to work overtime on Fridays as needed

What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Assembling heavy-duty axle components (axles, wheel-end assemblies, and welding housing brackets) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment utilizing mechanical components, hand tools, power tools, hoists, cranes, and torque tools, applying sealant and paint as required
- Working on a moving assembly line meeting a 60-second cycle time per station
What are the requirements?
- At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated manual dexterity, dependability, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing, sitting, walking, reaching, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout entire shift
- Some work areas may be hot and physically demanding. Candidates must be able to safely work in these conditions and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
