Compensation: $33.65-$36/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations and the month-end close process. This role is ideal for an organized and analytical accounting professional looking to build a strong foundation across a broad range of accounting responsibilities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial statement reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness

  
  

• Prepare and complete general ledger reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts

  
  

• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis

  
  

• Maintain organized and well-documented workpapers supporting reconciliations

  
  

• Identify discrepancies and work cross-functionally to resolve issues

  
  

• Support annual audits by preparing schedules and providing documentation

  
  

• Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  
  

• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred

  
  

• Experience with accounting software, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)

  
  

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  
  

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
