Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Work Days: Monday – Thursday (Overtime available on Fridays)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm opportunity

Environment: Clean, fast-paced light industrial setting
What’s a typical day as an Assembler I? You will:
-
Pull, tear, and dispense the appropriate amount of film from a film dispenser
-
Tuck and line molds accurately with film prior to foam application
-
Dispense pre-set amounts of polyurethane foam into film-lined molds
-
De-mold finished foam cushions and place them into part bins for secondary processing
-
Maintain mold cleanliness to ensure consistent quality and production standards
-
Perform repetitive, hands-on assembly tasks throughout the shift

Follow all safety and worksite procedures, wearing required PPE
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

Experience or comfort working in a manufacturing, assembly, or light industrial environment

Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on production tasks

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set procedures

Reliable attendance for a 1st shift schedule

Steel-toed boots (required; other PPE provided onsite)

Willingness to work overtime on Fridays as needed
