WAREHOUSE LEAD – Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Lead to support daily warehouse operations in our Pleasant Prairie facility. This role ensures efficient workflow, strong team coordination, and adherence to safety and operational standards. The Warehouse Lead also partners with leadership to drive continuous improvement and support peak business periods. Key Responsibilities • Monitor, coordinate, and assign daily work tasks to warehouse personnel. • Oversee daily warehouse operations and complete end-of-shift reports. • Follow up on operational issues and communicate updates to leadership. • Work with the local team to identify improvement opportunities and report daily efficiency metrics. • Work overtime and weekends as required. • Maintain flexibility with shift hours, especially during fourth-quarter peak periods. • Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations. • Support and maintain the 7S Program. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Experience with SAP and/or WMS preferred. • Strong computer literacy. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Reliable, dependable, and responsible team contributor. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Physical Demands & Work Environment • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. • Work performed in office and warehouse dock environments. • Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions. • Moderate to loud noise levels
