? Location: 3262 Bob Dr. STE 1 Prescott Valley, Arizona 86314
? Pay Rate: $16/hour
? Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
? Employment Type: 11-month contract
? Work Setup: Onsite, office environment
?? What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative II? You will:

  • Confer with customers by phone or in person to provide program information, process orders, cancel accounts, or handle complaints.

  • Deliver services including licenses, registrations, titles, permits, and guidance on program eligibility.

  • Verify appropriate changes have been made to resolve customer concerns.

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

  • Resolve service or billing issues such as exchanges, refunds, or bill adjustments.

  • Complete contract forms, process address changes, and prepare service discontinuance orders using computers.

  • Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments for follow-up.

  • Determine charges for requested services, collect deposits or payments, and arrange for billing.

  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results or adjustments.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Experience in customer service, call center, or administrative environments preferred.

  • Ability to research and analyze policies to solve customer issues.

  • Basic math and computer proficiency.

  • Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to sit, stand, and engage with customers throughout the shift.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
