Manufacturing Technician - We are currently looking for a maintenance technician for the site. We tried Indeed at the end of the year but had minimal success. We had originally planned to bring someone in direct but now feel it would serve us best to ask for your help and to have them be a temp to hire. I attached our job description and was looking to see if you could start looking for us? We are leaning towards someone with electrical skills for industrial equipment and voltage equipment up to 480V.

We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and experienced Maintenance Technician for a part-time role with ample opportunities for growth. This position is responsible for the maintenance of all equipment and facilities, and for overseeing subcontractor work and employee safety.
Compensation: $28-32/hour

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and facility systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities
- Oversee subcontractor job scopes and ensure quality of work
- Manage spare parts inventory
- Conduct safety training for employees
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Preventive maintenance and repair of equipment
- Electrical and electronic systems
- Metal fabrication
- Extrusion and industrial equipment
- HVAC systems
- Machine shop tools and equipment
- Equipment validation
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of OSHA/NHDOL safety rules and regulations
Personal Attributes:
- Strong public speaking skills; able to deliver safety training
- Reliable and punctual
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Accountable and responsible
