Associate Manufacturing Operator – Reagent Manufacturing
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Oro Valley, AZ
Pay Rate: $18.08/hour
The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Associate Manufacturing Operator to support reagent manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for performing hands-on assembly and production tasks while adhering to established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment, follows written instructions precisely, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble reagent products according to detailed work instructions and specifications

Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency

Operate basic manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery safely

Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily output and quality goals

Accurately complete production documentation and records

Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors

Follow all safety, cleanliness, and compliance requirements at all times
Who You Are

0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a related hands-on environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions when unsure

Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently in a team-based setting

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards

Basic communication skills (verbal and written)
Preferred (Nice to Have)

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, laboratory, or regulated environments

Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, or quality-controlled processes

Experience handling chemicals, reagents, or lab materials (training provided)
