Pay Rate: $23.50/hr
Job Type: 3–5 Month Project with the possibility of being hired
Start Date: February 2, 2026
Location: Aurora, IL
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from vehicles and containers
- Perform quality checks on all freight (accurate part numbers, quantities, and pristine condition)
- Execute daily inventory cycle counts and process critical spare part orders at the datacenter
- Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems
- Place server racks on the datacenter floor with laser measuring devices (requires 100% accuracy)
- Populate and install electronic components/cabling in server racks per diagrams and schematics
- Install rack hardware using various hand, power, and measuring tools
- Operate material handling equipment (straddle stackers, rack movers, electric pallet jacks)
- Regularly push, pull, and lift items (up to 50 lbs) throughout the workday
- Perform area clean-up per 5S safety and cleanliness standards
- Cross-train in multiple datacenter departments as required
Deliverables & Achievables:
- Daily adherence to safety and process procedures
- Punctuality and reliability
- High attention to detail and consistent quality focus
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new roles within the datacenter
- Experience with electric pallet jacks (EPJ)
- Proficient use of hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Must wear 6-inch composite toe BOOTS (Steel toe boots are acceptable only during training; composite boots required for full assignment)
