Production Packer | Temp-to-Hire | Canandaigua, NY
Pay: $17.82 – $19.07/hr.
Shifts:
- 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (multiple openings)
- 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (multiple openings)
Kelly® is hiring Production Packers for a temp-to-hire role in a clean, safe, and team-driven manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience, learn new skills, and grow your career locally.
Who We’re Looking For
- Reliable, energetic, and eager to grow
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active during your shift
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Open to working with machinery and learning new tasks
- Strong team player with good communication skills
What You’ll Do
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Keep your workspace organized and running smoothly
- Assist with light machine troubleshooting
- Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals
- Follow safety standards to protect yourself and others
