Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Plymouth, MN 55446
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM CST to 3:30 PM CST
Experience Required: Manufacturing and/or Medical Manufacturing experience
Job Summary
The Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment to convert raw materials into finished goods while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency. This role follows established procedures and performs routine manufacturing tasks in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment to produce finished products from raw materials

Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and work-in-process items

Perform in-process testing to ensure products meet required specifications

Conduct quality checks, including hardness, weight, variation, pH, and moisture content

Identify equipment malfunctions or product defects and assist with basic troubleshooting

Follow blueprints, subassembly layouts, and schematics

Maintain records of orders received, work completed, and inventory levels

Align workload, staffing, and equipment capacity with inventory requirements

Assist in preparing and monitoring production schedules in coordination with materials planning, production, and maintenance teams

Requisition materials based on production needs and delivery timelines

Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures
