Job Title: Account Reconciliation Specialist
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for performing bank reconciliations and daily deposit reconciliations for our branch locations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and reconciliation software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily bank account reconciliations for multiple branch locations.
- Reconcile daily deposits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize reconciliation software and Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure process efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with reconciliation software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks within scheduled hours.
