Salary: $21.43 hour
Schedule: Day shift

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Worker? You’ll be:
– Assisting in various general field operations under direct supervision, including roguing, where you identify and remove undesirable corn plants.
– Helping with planting and irrigation set-up, including securing drip irrigation tapes and connecting irrigation lines post-planting.
– Participating in the husking and sorting process, identifying and sorting undesirable corn under the guidance of the sorting lead.
– Supporting the shelling process by helping separate kernels from cobs and ensuring equipment cleanliness after each material process.
– Performing additional manual labor tasks such as lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes, and maintaining grounds and fields.

– Are comfortable performing manual labor tasks and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
– Have a high school diploma or GED.
