Now Hiring: Cherry Picker – Inventory Associate | $20.75/hr | Overtime Available
Location: Perris CA 92570
Shift: 3:30PM–12AM (Monday–Friday, Full-Time + Overtime)
Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour
Kelly® is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a bilingual setting, enjoys investigative work, and has hands-on equipment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
- Operate a cherry picker and assist in warehouse operations
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Create and send customer-facing inventory reports and emails
- Work in Excel to manage data and reporting
- Support daily operations using RF scanners and familiarity with office products
Requirements:
- Cherry picker experience – required
- Inventory knowledge and best practices
- Excellent Excel skills and ability to manage reports
- Strong math, organization, and communication skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
