Looking for a TEMPORARY Data Collection & Entry Assistant to work with a leader in light and sustainable construction materials company.
- Location: Malvern, PA
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday / 8 am – 5 pm (1h lunch)
- Pay rate: 16-22$ per hour (according to experience
- Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; as a 2-week assignment only.
- Start date: As soon as posible.
Overview: Our Product Management team is seeking a detail oriented temporary assistant to help collect and enter packaging data needed for an upcoming corporate initiative. This role is critical to ensuring accurate reporting on the weight of product packaging materials.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow data collection step.
- ???????Comfortable reaching out to various internal stakeholders to obtain information. - Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel or similar).
- Reliable, organized, and able to focus solely on this short assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Track down and collect packaging weight data across product lines (e.g., shingle wraps, Vycor roll boxes).
- Follow up with internal contacts to obtain missing information.
- Accurately enter collected data into a spreadsheet..
- Maintain organized, complete, and error free records.
