Production Floater needed to work with a leader in light and sustainable materials construction construction companty!
- Location: 100% on-site at Northhampton, MA 01060-2326
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday / 1st shift: 8 am – 4:30 pm (30 min lunch)
- Pay rate: 19$ per hour
- Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 6-month duration (with possible extension)
- Start date: February 2026
Qualifications:
- GED/High School Diploma preferred.
- ???????Manufacturing Experience a plus
- Team player
- Strong attention to details
- Standing, reaching, bending, pushing etc.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted
- Forklift experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Production: Manage the manufacturing process from raw material mixing and extrusion through to final firing and quality control.

Technical Operation: Set up, operate, and clean production machinery; adjust parameters to ensure products meet precise specifications.

Workflow Optimization: Balance multiple production stages (drying, cutting, etc.) to meet schedules and maximize output.

Inventory & Logistics: Monitor material levels, operate forklifts, and manage the storage of raw and finished goods.

Quality & Troubleshooting: Document production data and collaborate with engineering to resolve technical or quality issues.

Shipping & Receiving: Pack finished products and assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed.

Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety protocols, including working at heights.
