About the Role

Olympus Controls is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate I to support our production and logistics operations. In this role, you will help ensure materials and finished products move efficiently through the warehouse and production floor.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and wants to grow their experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, and warehouse logistics.

The Warehouse Associate is a key member of a cross-trained warehouse team and may assist in other areas of operations when needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Pull materials and deliver completed job kits to the production floor


  • Respond quickly to material requests from production teams


  • Process, package, and ship customer orders accurately


  • Label completed assemblies and update locations in the ERP system


  • Receive incoming goods and record inventory using handheld scanners


  • Verify quantities and information from packing lists and shipping documents


  • Organize warehouse stock and maintain inventory accuracy


  • Inspect products for damage or defects


  • Wrap and band pallets for shipment or storage


  • Label, unpack, and stage incoming materials


  • Perform cycle counts and replenish stock or Kanban bins


  • Report material shortages through proper channels


  • Operate pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials


  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment


  • Support other warehouse and production tasks as needed


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required


  • 0–2 years of warehouse or general labor experience preferred


  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly


  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills


  • Ability to read packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping documents


  • Strong communication and teamwork skills


  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment


  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
