Kelly® is looking for a Production Associate to work at a premier manufacturing company in West Sacramento, CA. Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career, all while being a vital part of your community.
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20/hr
Working Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 1:00am – 9:30am

What’s a typical day as Production Associate? You’ll be:
Aligning, calibrating, and executing test and assembly methods according to operational plans and customer demand
Reading, comprehending, and following work instructions and SOPs with a quality focus
Executing daily production plans to meet deadlines and quality standards
Following engineering drawings, work order information, and FDA requirements
Troubleshooting production issues and escalating as needed
Ensuring compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices, and ISO standards
Working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive quality
Identifying and recommending production and process improvements
Training new team members on equipment operations and work procedures as necessary
Maintaining accurate production paperwork and records
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
Have 0-2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a regulated industry (FDA/ISO)
Can read, write, and speak fluent English
Are proficient in Microsoft applications
Are able to stand for prolonged periods, bend, kneel, lift, and sit as needed to achieve production goals
Can safely lift up to 30 lbs and effectively maneuver assembly components by hand
Thrive in a diverse, collaborative environment and can set priorities and contribute individually and as part of a team
