Put your production and fulfillment skills to work with Smurfit Westrock, a global leader in paper-based packaging solutions. We’re hiring a Laborer III – Fulfillment Department to support corrugated packaging and distribution operations at our Lexington, KY facility.

? Schedule Notes: Occasional Saturdays

? Work Environment: Corrugated packaging and fulfillment manufacturing facility

?? What’s a typical day as a Laborer III? You will:
? Feed corrugated materials into production machines to maintain workflow.
? Remove finished goods from production lines efficiently.
? Stack and palletize products accurately for fulfillment and shipment.
? Read and use a tape measure/ruler to ensure product accuracy.
? Lift and move materials (40–50 lbs regularly).
? Maintain clean and organized production areas.
? Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
? Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.

? This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience (preferred).
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Strong physical stamina and comfort lifting 40–50 lbs.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

? Work Environment & Expectations:
Light industrial / manufacturing production floor.
Fast-paced corrugated packaging setting.
Steel toe shoes required at all times.
No motor vehicle operation permitted for contract employees.
Interview required prior to start; eligible to begin after drug screen clears (background pending).
