Company: Cerritos/ Santa Fe Springs
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 8am-5pm
Overtime: Saturday & Sunday as needed (overtime pay)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in a warehouse or beverage distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan and organize documents accurately
- Assist with truck scheduling and coordination
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
- Support warehouse and logistics teams with daily operations
- Maintain accurate records using computer systems
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Beverage distribution or logistics experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
