Job Title: Semiconductor Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Chandler, Arizona
Pay: $24.50/hour


About the Role:
Join our fast-growing team as a Semiconductor Technician in Chandler, AZ! In this role, you will support the manufacturing and testing of semiconductor devices on the 1st shift. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow in the thriving semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain semiconductor fabrication equipment in a cleanroom environment

  • Perform routine inspections, data collection, and basic troubleshooting of tools and wafers

  • Ensure proper handling and documentation of materials and results

  • Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety protocols

  • Work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree or technical diploma in electronics or related field preferred

  • Previous experience in semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing environment preferred (but not required)

  • Ability to work 1st shift (typically 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday–Friday)

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Willingness to wear a cleanroom suit and work in a controlled environment

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
