Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday (4:00 am to 2:30 pm)

What’s a typical day as Production Associate? You’ll be:
- Performing visual quality inspections on stacks of doors as they enter your work area on a conveyor.
- Using wood craftsmanship tools such as glue guns, palm sanders, chisels, putty knives, clamps, and more to repair doors and ensure top-quality results.
- Restacking and moving doors that meet quality specifications, documenting rejected doors, and assisting with various stages of production as needed.
- Safely operating equipment such as jump tracks, straightening doors, and arranging them for the paint booth process.
- Lifting, flipping, and moving materials up to 80 lbs and standing for long durations in a fast-paced environment requiring focus and attention to detail.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and repair product defects.
- Are comfortable reading and interpreting ticket instructions and specifications.
- Possess knowledge of or willingness to learn how to use hand tools such as sanders, planers, putty knives, sanding blocks, and wood chisels.
- Can handle physical demands including lifting, bending, stooping, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
- Are able to multi-task, work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Have previous experience in general labor, production, or assembly work (preferred, but not required).
