What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You will:

• Answer and screen incoming calls, greet callers or walk-ins, and route inquiries accurately and timely
  

• Register parties for hearings and document names, phone numbers, and call times
  

• Escalate complex case inquiries to Docket Officer paralegals, Supervisors, or Administrative Law Judges as needed
  

• Research case status in multiple databases, perform data entry, and document conversations in the case management system
  

• Perform general office and secretarial tasks, including processing mail and faxes, word processing decisions, and managing electronic records

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• 2+ Years in a Customer Service role
  

• Accuracy while typing, experience with using computers, customer service skills.  
  

• High School Diploma/GED
