Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator at one of our Global clients in West Palm Beach, FL.  This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Location: West Palm Beach (33415)
Pay: $25hr; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8-hour first shift.

Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator

Role Summary
The Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end coordination of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and internal material movement activities. This role supports daily operational execution while ensuring accuracy, compliance, visibility, and continuous improvement across logistics and warehouse processes.

The Coordinator acts as a central point of contact between internal departments, offsite  locations, carriers, and third-party partners, ensuring materials move efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

  • Coordinate daily receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and internal transfers of materials and finished goods across warehouse locations.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including system transactions, physical inventory counts, and discrepancy resolution.

  • Perform and support cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits.

  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, handling, and organization of materials.

  • Monitor inventory and proactively identify shortages or risks.

Shipping & Logistics Coordination

  • Prepare outbound shipments including packaging, labeling, documentation, and carrier coordination.

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments in accordance with requirements and regulations.

Receiving & Materials Control

  • Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against documentation.

  • Ensure timely system transactions and proper distribution of received goods.

  • Maintain traceability documentation for all material movement.

  • Escalate shortages or nonconformances as needed.

Systems, Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records within inventory and logistics systems.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality requirements.

  • Support audits, inspections, and documentation requests.

  • Exercise care to protect product integrity and data accuracy.

Equipment, Safety & Facility Support

  • Operate material handling equipment as trained and authorized.

  • Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.

  • Assist with internal deliveries and transfers.

  • Follow safe material handling practices.

Coordination & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs.

  • Identify inefficiencies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist with training and process standardization.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical warehouse activities including lifting, standing, and walking.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently; heavier with assistance.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, freight).

  • Experience with inventory or ERP systems (SAP).

  • Forklift or material handling equipment certification.(will train)

  • Strong Computer Skills, 50-75% of your daily activities will be computer based.
