Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am to 3:30 pm (30 minutes for lunch)
Location: Springfield, OH 45505
Position Type: Temp to Hire

What’s a typical day as an Operations Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Following standard procedural guidelines to log checks, process checks, run reports, and communicate with both clients and internal teams.

  • Researching and resolving tasks, correspondence, and handling checks received via reports.

  • Assisting team members and providing backup as needed to meet client requirements and ensure ongoing service level agreements are achieved.

  • Operating within multiple client and functional environments and adapting to assignments which could change with short notice.

  • Demonstrating solid technical proficiency while meeting attendance, teamwork, and high-quality performance expectations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).

  • Are available to work Monday – Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.

  • Possess basic computer proficiency and are comfortable quickly learning new proprietary software applications.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

  • Are able to follow established procedural guidelines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Thrive in a team-focused, client-driven environment, and value punctuality and collaboration.
