Job Title: Data Entry Analyst
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Analyst to join our team in Costa Mesa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing scheduling requests and ensuring data accuracy within our internal systems. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, strong computer proficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions

Process scheduling requests from clients, including depositions, hearings, and trials

Enter new and rescheduled job requests into our database (SPOT)

Execute all requests and new settings within established timelines to meet SLAs

Manage direct billing setup for insurance carriers accurately

Handle Portal/Hopper requests

Review requests for missing information and proactively follow up with clients

Identify data deficiencies or errors and correct them promptly
-
Respond to information requests and access relevant files as needed

Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies

Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

Litigation support experience is a plus
