Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite) Relocation assistance is available on a case by case basis
Pay: $26–$32/hour
Schedule: Rotating shifts (24/7 facility)
Job Summary
Kelly Engineering is hiring Pharmaceutical Maintenance Technicians for a direct-hire role with a pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Sacramento, CA. This is a hands-on maintenance role supporting process and fill/finish equipment in a sterile manufacturing environment.
This is not a facilities-only maintenance position. Candidates must have direct pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair pharmaceutical process equipment, including:

Fill/finish equipment (vial, bag, PFS)

Autoclaves and isolators
-
Formulation and filtration systems
-

Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on process and facility equipment

Support utilities such as boilers, chillers, air compressors, HVAC, and AHUs
-
Execute maintenance activities in compliance with cGMP requirements

Support equipment startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting

Complete maintenance documentation accurately and in accordance with GMP standards
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

Strong preference for 4–6 years of pharma maintenance experience
-
Direct experience troubleshooting pharma process or fill/finish equipment (not facilities-only)

Experience working in GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
Candidates with facilities-only maintenance backgrounds will not be considered.
