$2000 Sign-On Bonus! We’re looking to interview and hire ASAP for our position. Seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator for our manufacturing customer in the greater Butler – Saxonburg – Cabot PA regions. This job is Direct Hire, 1st Shift, 40-hours/week, $24 - 32/HR (DOE).

Title: CNC Machine Operator
Position: Direct Hire / Full Time / 40- Hour Work Week
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: 1st Shift w/flexibility to work Overtime
Pay: $24 – 32 (Depending on experience + skills)
Location: Butler – Saxonburg – Cabot region
Job Duties “At-a-Glance”:
- Prioritize, plan and prepare work
- Analyze tasks and establish an appropriate sequence of operations
- Read blueprints and job orders for product specifications, number machined parts, material specs, machining stock, and due dates
- Set up and operate various CNC lathes
- Select correct tooling, speeds and feed rates for each operation according to requirements and knowledge of material properties
- Verify dimensions of work piece for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments
Job Requirements and Preferences:
- High School diploma or GED
- Journeyman Card/License/Papers or 4 years of precision machining active work experience
- CNC programming preferred (Compensation will match work exp)
- Must have hands-on CNC machining and lathe experience
- Excellent and proven Blueprints, GD&T, Mechanical, Math skills
