Job Title: Administrative Coordinator (Lake Nona, FL)
Are you the go-to person friends and family rely on to keep things running smoothly? Love organizing, juggling details, and making things happen behind the scenes? We want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the mastermind behind our team’s calendar—managing meetings, travel plans, and making sure everyone’s where they need to be.
- Be the first point of contact for calls, emails, and mail—responding or connecting people to the right teammate.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and committee get-togethers (a.k.a. making meetings actually productive!).
- Support our committees by prepping agendas, taking notes, and making sure everyone has the info they need.
- Keep confidential records organized and up to date (think: super-organized digital files and paperwork).
- Occasionally help track budgets, manage expenses, and handle purchases.
- Work closely with a friendly and collaborative team—you’ll never be alone on a tough day.
Who You Are:
- You love keeping things organized and moving forward.
- Communication is your superpower (inbox zero? Yes, please!).
- You’re the person who always has a backup plan—and the backup to the backup.
- You’re comfortable with all things email, calendar, and the occasional spreadsheet.
- Experience in administration or event planning is a big plus.
