Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize SMT kits to ensure timely and accurate production support
- Maintain up-to-date records and optimize inventory levels using ERP systems
- Collaborate with various departments including procurement, manufacturing, and engineering to streamline kit preparation
- Analyze demand, forecast kit requirements, and track material usage
- Troubleshoot issues with kit preparation or inventory, proposing effective solutions
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional organizational skills—you’re at your best when prioritizing, planning, and keeping things on track!
- Proficiency with ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, or similar) is a must
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
- Passion for continuous improvement and process enhancement
