  • Grow your skills with ongoing training and development, including quality and process improvement teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain modern SMT machines and related equipment.

  • Inspect your own work to ensure the highest quality.

  • Work directly with machine hardware/software and troubleshoot minor issues.

  • Track and report any defective components or non-conforming material.

  • Help train new team members and share your expertise.

  • Keep your workspace neat, clean, and organized.

  • Maintain accurate production records and support documentation.

  • Follow established standards, written instructions, and verbal directions with precision.

  • Support production goals and collaborate with a dedicated team.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SMT operation.

  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)—a big plus!

  • IPC-A-610 Certification and ESD Training.

  • Strong knowledge of component identification, handling, and ESD safety.

  • Solid computer skills and good organizational ability.

  • ISO9001 and IPC-610 requirements familiarity.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask.

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Must be a US Person per ITAR guidelines (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
