Pay: $17.50–$19.00/hr (Based on Experience)

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Line Lead (Spanish/English) to support second shift operations for a well-established manufacturing client in Rochester, NY. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and can effectively communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize B Shift production activities at the start of each shift
  

• Train and support a team of 5–10 employees, including Spanish-only speakers
  

• Communicate clearly in both Spanish and English to ensure productivity and safety
  

• Monitor supply levels and retrieve parts/materials needed for active job orders
  

• Assist in production when team support is not immediately needed
  

• Track attendance, late arrivals, and call-outs; maintain accurate shift records
  

• Proactively contact absent or late employees to confirm ETA or reason for absence
  

• Ensure cleanliness of work areas, break rooms, and restrooms before shift end
  

• Maintain logs of completed work and communicate updates to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent bilingual communication skills (Spanish/English) – required
  

• Prior experience leading a small team (5–10 employees) in manufacturing or production
  

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  

• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and lead by example
  

• Reliable transportation required
